Raheem Mostert Bundle Available On Roblox
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
- The Raheem Mostert Roblox Jersey Giveaway (the “Competition”) is operated by Feenix Group (“we”, “us”, “our”), in partnership with Raheem Mostert (“the Client”).
2. Eligibility
- Open worldwide to individuals aged 13 or older, excluding employees of Feenix Group, Raheem Mostert, their immediate families, and anyone professionally associated with the competition.
- Instagram and Roblox accounts must be owned by the entrant.
- Entrants under 18 must have parent/guardian permission to participate.
3. How to Enter
- Purchase the Raheem Mostert Avatar Bundle on Roblox.
- Equip your Roblox avatar with the bundle and take a screenshot.
- Post the screenshot to your Instagram feed, tag Raheem Mostert, and use the hashtag #MostertMode.
- One entry per Instagram account.
- Entries must be submitted between the launch of the Raheem Avatar Bundle on Roblox and 14 days thereafter. Entries received outside this period will not be considered valid.
4. The Prize
- Three winners will each receive one signed Raheem Mostert jersey.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted for cash.
5. Winner Selection
- All eligible entries will be entered into a random draw conducted by Feenix Group within 7 days of the competition closing date.
- Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 5 days of the draw.
6. Claiming the Prize
- Winners must respond to our message within 7 days to claim the prize. If a winner does not respond, the prize may be forfeited, and another winner selected.
- We may require proof of purchase and identity before sending the prize.
- Prizes will be shipped to winners at the address provided after verification.
7. General
- Entries deemed fraudulent, incomplete, or in violation of these terms will be disqualified.
- Feenix Group reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
- By entering, entrants agree to allow Feenix Group and Raheem Mostert to use their Instagram Story entry for promotional purposes, with credit to the entrant.
- Instagram and Roblox are not sponsors or administrators of this competition.
8. Data Protection
- Any personal data supplied will be used solely for the administration of this competition and will not be shared with third parties other than as required for prize fulfilment.
9. Governing Law
- This competition and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
